What is FindoTrip?

How do I create an account?
Click on 'Sign Up' in the top right corner, choose your account type (Customer, Property Owner, Vehicle Owner, or Tour Guide), fill in your details, and verify your email address.
Is FindoTrip free to use?
Yes, creating an account and browsing listings is completely free. You only pay when you make a booking. Service providers pay a small commission fee on successful bookings.
Bookings
How do I book accommodation?
Search for properties using the search bar, select your dates and number of guests, choose a room type, and proceed to payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with booking details.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation policies vary by property. Check the cancellation policy before booking. You can cancel from your dashboard under 'My Bookings'. Refunds are processed according to the property's policy.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
How do I modify my booking?
You can modify bookings (dates, number of guests) from your dashboard if the property allows modifications. Contact the property owner directly or our support team for assistance.
Service Providers
How do I list my property/vehicle/tour?
Sign up as a Property Owner, Vehicle Owner, or Tour Guide. Complete your profile, add your listings with photos and details, and submit for approval. Our team reviews and approves listings within 24-48 hours.
What are the commission rates?
Commission rates vary by service type. Contact our support team or check your dashboard for specific rates. We offer competitive rates and transparent pricing.
When do I receive payouts?
Payouts are processed weekly on Fridays. You'll receive your earnings within 3-5 business days after the payout date to your registered bank account.
How do I manage my listings?
Access your dashboard to manage all your listings, view bookings, update availability, set prices, and communicate with customers through our messaging system.
